DUBAI PACKAGE
- For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
- For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
- After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
- Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
- In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
- Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.
- Disclaimer: The above-mentioned payment policies are for reference only and the final payment policies will be cascaded to you by our holiday expert at the time of making the reservation based on your travel dates, duration between reservation and departure date.
- Date of booking to 30 days the cancellation charges will be 30% of the tour cost.
- 29 to 15 days - the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
- 14 to 08 days - the cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
- 07 days or less than 07 days -Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
